We care deeply that you are satisfied with your tubers. Each tuber is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it has a viable eye.
If you have a concern with your order, please contact us within 7 days of the shipping date and include a photo of the tuber. We will gladly review the issue and work with you toward a solution.
Due to the many soil and environmental factors that affect growing conditions, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds after 7 days.
